Hospice support and respite home care are essential services aimed at providing comfort and assistance to individuals facing serious illnesses and their families.

**Hospice Support:**

- Focuses on providing palliative care for patients with terminal illnesses, emphasizing quality of life.

- Services include pain management, emotional support, and spiritual care, typically delivered by a team of healthcare professionals.

- Support extends to families, offering counseling, bereavement resources, and help with caregiving.

**Respite Home Care:**

- Offers temporary relief for primary caregivers by providing care for the patient at home or in a facility.

- Allows caregivers to take a break while ensuring that their loved ones receive proper care and support.

- Services can range from a few hours of care to several days, depending on the needs of the caregiver and the patient.

Both services play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for patients and supporting their families during challenging times.

Whether your loved one had surgery, is recovering from an accidental fall, or has been hospitalized for any reason, our staff can provide support to your loved one when no other family caregiver is available to care for the individual.

This service can occur in the hospital, rehab facility, assisted living facility, and/or the home. We will provide peace of mind to the patient and their family during this temporary time of need.

Avoid sending your loved ones to a nursing home, in an unfamiliar environment. Our clients never have to leave the comforts of their homes. We provide them with companionship, security and assist with a wide variety of daily activities. 

Our caregivers are sweet, caring, skilled, pre-screened, pre-qualified and come with complete background checks. They are here to help your elderly family member enjoy living at home. 

Passion Home Care provides transportation for individuals who may need assistance getting to places but do not require medical care during the journey. This can include transportation to various destinations such as:

 Shopping: Helping individuals get to grocery stores or retail locations.

Social Activities: Assisting people in attending social events, community activities, or family gatherings.

Work or School:  Providing rides for individuals commuting to work or educational institutions.

Wellness Visits: Transporting individuals to fitness classes, community centers, or wellness appointments that are not medical in nature.

These services can be especially valuable for seniors, people with disabilities, or those without reliable access to a vehicle. Non-medical transportation can be offered by specialized companies, non-profits, or community services.
